- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping.
- Standard Shipping: A nominal fee of ₹50 is charged for orders below ₹999.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost based on location.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.
5. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 12-24 hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS.
- You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.
7. Undelivered Orders
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery again.
- If undelivered after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us. Customers must contact support for reshipment (additional charges may apply).
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged package or a missing item, contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
- We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
